A reception site operates a business, and as such, their coordinator’s responsibilities begin and end at the venue itself. An event planner represents their client, advocating for their needs and wants. Vitale Events is your direct contact with all of your vendors, including but not limited to the venue site. We also appreciate and value venue site coordinators and know how to work with them very well so that on the day of the event, you can enjoy and participate rather than be the go-between with the coordinator.
You can be as involved as you wish in your event planning and your event will most definitely feel like it belongs to and comes from you. When we plan an event for you we are a team and can successfully work together in many different ways. Whatever level of involvement feels right to you is what will work.
